When you complete the assessment, we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, phone number (if given), your quiz answers, and any optional message. We may also collect basic technical data such as your IP address and browsing activity via cookies/analytics.

Why we use it, and our lawful basis.
We use your details to send you your Back Pain Action Plan and assessment result (consent and/or legitimate interest), to respond to you and follow up about our services (legitimate interest), and where you've agreed, to send relevant marketing (consent). You can withdraw consent or opt out of marketing at any time.

Who we share it with.
We don't sell your data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business (GoHighLevel), who process it on our behalf under contract.

How long we keep it.
We keep your data only as long as needed for the purposes above, or as required by law, then delete it.

Your rights.
Under UK GDPR you can request access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability, and object to processing.
