This policy explains how Jono Goosen Limited ("we") collects and uses your personal data when you use this site, in line with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
Jono Goosen Limited, Forma House, 40 Bowling Green Lane, London, UK. Treatment takes place at 33 Thurloe Place, South Kensington, London SW7 2HQ. For any privacy questions or requests, contact [email protected].
When you book a consultation or complete our questionnaire, we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, phone number, your appointment details, your answers about your pain and your situation, and any optional message.
Automatically, we collect basic technical data including your IP address, browser type, device information, and how you move through the site. This comes from cookies and similar technologies, described below.
Your answers about your pain, symptoms, how long you have had them and how they affect you are health data. Under UK GDPR this is special category data and receives extra protection.
We only collect health information where you have given your explicit consent by choosing to complete the questionnaire or book a consultation, and we use it solely to prepare for and carry out your consultation. You can withdraw that consent at any time by emailing us, and we will delete it. We never use it for marketing or share it for advertising.
You can withdraw consent or opt out of marketing at any time.
We do not sell your data. We share it only with providers who help us run the business:
Some of these providers are based outside the UK, including in the United States. Where data is transferred outside the UK, it is protected by appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or an adequacy decision.
We keep your data only as long as needed for the purposes above, or as required by law, then delete it. Health information is deleted on request.
Under UK GDPR you can request access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability, and object to processing. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time.
To exercise any of these, email [email protected]. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
